I'm making 2, ribeyes and 1 ny strip. All different sizes. I'm trying to sear then finish in oven but my method requires one pan. I sear it in a cast iron skillet then I immediately put it in the oven but I'm not sure how to do that with 3 different steaks all finished medium rare without over cooking. I'm also making mashed potatoes so I'm not sure how to time this all out. (Please help). submitted by /u/-FateAwaits
