Copilot can be used with both VOIP and PTSN calls in Teams Phone, allowing users to generate summaries of conversations, create lists of unresolved questions, and transfer calls with context. After a call, Copilot can help users recall information from past conversations, such as feedback from a colleague, by generating a list of feedback with citations that link to the exact text in the transcript. It can also assist with project planning by creating tables to track action items and deadlines. Additionally, Copilot can help with brainstorming by generating bullet point lists of workstreams and additional tasks that may need to be completed.Users can try various prompts with Copilot in Teams Phone, such as asking for a summary of challenges identified, listing potential solutions, or creating a workback schedule based on deadlines discussed. The more users prompt Copilot, the better they will become at thinking of ways to get its help with more tasks.
