A weird issue. Windows 10 Snipping Tool seems to be missing from my Windows 10 PC, and I'd like to know the correct way to download or restore it. I'd also like to set up a quick way to launch it, like a desktop shortcut or keyboard shortcut to open Windows 10 snipping tool, so I don't have to search for it every time. P.S. Any good alternative to Windows 10 snipping tool as many people don't recommend it!
