RHOT1/2-driven mitochondrial membrane vesicles confer tumor-homing selectivity and enable in situ cancer vaccination
The development of effective immune reactive cancer therapies has been constrained by the lack of delivery systems with precise tumor selectivity. This study leverages an RHOT1/2- mediated fibroblast mitochondrial transfer mechanism to enable tumor-specific uptake within a gold-based nanoplatform, inducing durable antitumor immunity.
