Roasting chicken 🍗
I found this recipe online so I decided to try it. I hope I didn’t mess it up as this is our thanksgiving chicken
I rubbed my roast chicken with this 3 tbsp softened butter under the skin, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, 2 tsp chopped rosemary, and 1 tsp thyme.
Under I put some lemon slices, carrots & potatoes. I am wondering what the lemon will do? submitted by /u/Thewaverlyplace
