Roche presents Lunsumio data showing potential across earlier treatment lines in indolent and aggressive lymphomas

New data presented at the 67th American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting highlight Lunsumio's potential for earlier lymphoma treatment. Preliminary data suggest Lunsumio combined with lenalidomide shows promise for relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma. This combination demonstrated a high complete response rate in a US extension of the CELESTIMO study. Cytokine release syndrome and neutropenia were noted as manageable side effects. Long-term follow-up data from the GO40516 study revealed improved outcomes for Lunsumio subcutaneous plus Polivy in relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma. This combination also showed benefits in quality of life compared to standard treatment regimens. Furthermore, five-year follow-up data from the GO29781 study indicated durable responses with Lunsumio in relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma. Three-year follow-up data also support durable responses with subcutaneous Lunsumio in this patient group. These findings underscore Lunsumio's potential to offer improved, chemotherapy-free outpatient treatment options. Roche continues to explore innovative combinations of Lunsumio to enhance patient outcomes across various lymphoma types and stages.
