Rokid introduces display-free AI smartglasses at CES 2026

Rokid unveiled its new display-free AI glasses, named "Style," at CES 2026. These glasses are designed for continuous wear and can accommodate custom prescription lenses. Style integrates with various AI models, including ChatGPT and DeepSeek, and supports applications like Google Maps and Microsoft AI translation. Powering the device is a dual-chip system: an NXP RT600 for low-power functions and a Qualcomm AR1 for AI and imaging. This configuration allows for an impressive battery life of up to 12 hours under normal usage. The front of the glasses features a 12MP camera with a Sony sensor capable of 4K video recording. Creators can shoot video in three aspect ratios, facilitating content creation for diverse platforms. Style can record up to 10 minutes of uninterrupted footage, surpassing the recording limit of Meta Ray-Bans. Weighing just 38.5 grams, Style boasts ultra-thin, anti-scratch coated lenses. The frames are available in two styles, with options for transition lenses in various colors. Style is now available for reservation with a $1 deposit and will launch globally on January 19 for $300. Rokid is also offering a $20 subsidy for vision-impaired users purchasing the glasses.
