A premium Agentforce 1 Edition, offering enhanced AI and cloud features, costs $550 per user monthly. Slack pricing is also changing, with a new Enterprise+ tier and a Business+ plan at $15 per user monthly. Basic Slack access will be free for all Salesforce customers.
