SpaceX is preparing the next-gen Starship after a successful flight test

SpaceX successfully completed its second-generation Starship's eleventh and final flight test on October 13th from Starbase, Texas. This flight achieved all major objectives, following a successful payload deployment test in August. Prior to these successes, SpaceX experienced several failures, including explosions during ascent on tests seven and eight, and a payload deployment failure on test nine. Another vehicle was destroyed on the ground during preparation for the tenth flight. During the eleventh test, all 33 Raptor engines ignited, and stage separation occurred smoothly. The Super Heavy booster splashed down as intended, while Starship successfully deployed its payload simulators. SpaceX intentionally stressed the vehicle's heatshield during reentry to assess its capabilities. The vehicle performed a banking maneuver to simulate future return trajectories. The company will now concentrate on developing the next generation of Starship and Super Heavy vehicles. They are preparing multiple new versions for orbital flights and operational payload missions.
