Spring Integration 7.0 Milestone 3 Available
Spring Integration is excited to announce the Third Milestone release of version 7.0.0. This release, 7.0.0-M3, is now available in Maven Central for easy access. Concurrently, bug fixes and dependency upgrades have been delivered in versions 6.5.2 and 6.4.7. Key updates in 7.0.0-M3 include an upgrade to JUnit 6. The project has fully adopted nullability annotations using JSpecify and Nullaway. Persistent file list filters now handle full remote file paths to prevent naming conflicts across directories. The inbound file synchronizer will cache filtered file listings between polls when a maximum fetch size is set. The Spring Retry dependency has been removed and replaced with Spring Framework Core's equivalent API. Numerous other major and minor dependency upgrades are also included. More comprehensive details can be found in the "What's New in 7.0" document and the migration guide for breaking changes. The team is targeting a code freeze for the Release Candidate 1 in October. Feedback is welcomed via GitHub issues.
