In Reply We appreciate the thoughtful Letters to the Editor about our randomized clinical trial comparing stereotactic radiation with hippocampal-avoidance whole brain radiation in patients with 5 to 20 brain metastases, which demonstrated lower symptom burden with stereotactic approaches. The comments from each Letter inform the real-world application of our study findings.
