Substitute for fromage blanc?

I am trying to make tarte flambée (Flammkuchen) at home. I’ve sourced all of the other ingredients (crème fraîche, lardons, etc.) but have not been able to find fromage blanc. What would be a good substitute for this ingredient. (The “sauce” is equal parts fromage blanc and crème fraîche.) submitted by /u/tylerwwv
