Substituting fresh lemongrass for paste in ice cream

I make a really good lemongrass ice cream and it uses about 100g chopped fresh lemongrass that is infused and strained out. I was wondering if lemongrass paste will taste the same and how much I would need to use so I don't overdo it. Thank you! submitted by /u/boring_username_idea
