Problem with Teams Windows client. When you hover the mouse over the chat column, all the contacts disappear. If you click on the Chat icon to the left or press CRTL+2 you get the error message "We ran into a problem getting your chats and channels" I have tried to do both a repair and reset from the advanced app settings. Also tried to remove Teams and do a new installation. Finally I have manually delete the cache files from: %userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams What's next to get Teams working again?
