Tensile strain regulation via grain boundary buffering for flexible perovskite solar cells

The residual strain and modulus of polycrystalline films often limit the photovoltaic and mechanical performance of flexible perovskite solar cells. Here, the authors introduce metal chelates for a uniformly distributed tensile strain field, achieving a maximum efficiency of 24.47%.
