The update, version 3.0, also brings new features for baseball fans, including pitcher and batter matchups at the top of every MLB scoreboard. The home screen now displays a list of upcoming events by league, which can be rearranged to prioritize favorite teams. Apple has recently expanded Sports to include NASCAR and F1, as well as additional soccer competitions. Other recent additions include rankings on league pages and highlighted goal scorers at the top of NHL games. Users can now share game details with friends and family via Messages and social media platforms. The update aims to provide a more comprehensive and personalized sports experience for users. Overall, the update enhances the app's functionality and coverage of various sports.
