The C-Level Ticket
A tech support employee is called to investigate a malfunctioning printer reported by CEO Lawrence Gibbs. Upon arrival, the employee finds a conference room unusually cold with many employees present. The printer has inexplicably produced dozens of blank pages with coffee ring printouts. The employee suspects the CEO is involved, but fears retaliation if he directly confronts him. A new HR head, Leila, discreetly offers help and privacy. Leila explains that Gibbs leans on the printer, accidentally hitting the scan button, which then prints and emails the scans. The employee devises a plan to remove the printer by claiming it needs extensive work. He successfully gets the printer removed and placed in a closet. As a result, the company's onboarding slideshow now features a coffee ring printout as a lesson on respecting equipment. The employee acknowledges Leila's role in resolving the issue.
