Microsoft and Adobe released their regular security updates for July 2024, with Adobe fixing seven CVEs in Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Adobe Bridge, and Microsoft addressing 139 CVEs across various products. Two of the Microsoft CVEs are publicly known and two are under active attack. The most critical vulnerabilities include a Hyper-V Elevation of Privilege, an MSHTML Platform Spoofing, and several Remote Desktop Licensing Service Remote Code Execution vulnerabilities. Other notable fixes include a PowerShell Elevation of Privilege, a SharePoint Server Remote Code Execution, and a Windows Codecs Library Information Disclosure.
