A new Street Fighter movie is slated for release on October 16, 2026, with Kitao Sakurai directing. The film's plot will unfold in 1993, referencing the arcade debut of Street Fighter II. Familiar characters will be involved in uncovering a conspiracy amidst street fighting action. Andrew Koji is cast as Ryu, bringing prior action experience to the role. Noah Centineo will portray Ken, shifting from romantic comedies. Callina Liang, a newcomer, is set to play Chun-li. David Dastmalchian will embody the villain M. Bison. Curtis Jackson, known as 50 Cent, is slated to play Balrog. Country artist Orville Peck will portray Vega. Jason Momoa has been cast as Blanka, and WWE wrestler Cody Rhodes will play Guile.
