Three New Apple Smart Home Products Coming on October 13
Apple is reportedly launching new smart home products on October 13th, as revealed by Mark Gurman. The company plans to introduce a long-anticipated smart home hub, a new HomePod mini, and a new Apple TV. These new devices will feature upgraded chips for improved Siri AI capabilities. The HomePod mini and Apple TV will maintain their current designs but will be faster. The upcoming HomePod mini will also be available in new colors like pink and green. The emphasis on Siri AI is believed to be the reason for the launch delay of these products. Initially, these three devices were slated for a 2024 release. Future updates will include a larger HomePod model. Apple is also developing a privacy-focused home security camera that tracks room presence without video recording. Additionally, a high-end smart home hub with a robotic arm and a 9-inch display is still in development.
