Tonal has launched Tonal 2, an upgraded version of its smart home gym. The new model boasts improved hardware, including an enhanced AI-powered camera and a stronger adaptive weight system. The weight system now supports up to 250 pounds of resistance. Tonal 2 introduces Aero HIIT workouts, combining cardio and strength training. A sleeker, all-black design with chrome accents distinguishes the Tonal 2 aesthetically. Like its predecessor, Tonal 2 adapts resistance based on muscle fatigue, optimizing workouts for muscle growth. Tonal 2 is available nationwide for $3,995, excluding the $60 monthly subscription. Professional installation is included with purchase. Despite previous layoffs, Tonal appears to be recovering and investing in product development. The upgraded features and design aim to enhance the user experience and offer more comprehensive training options.
