Twist-angle-controlled anomalo... Note

Twist-angle-controlled anomalous gating in bilayer graphene/BN heterostructures

Rotational misalignment between the top and bottom boron nitride layers encapsulating graphene acts as a switch for anomalous gating effects, such as gate ineffectiveness and hysteresis. These effects are observed at room temperature within an angle range of 15–45° and are highly sensitive to small angular changes.
