The design of chiral probes for circularly polarized luminescence imaging of biomolecules is relevant for different applications. Here, the authors report chiral hetero[9]helicene multi-resonant thermally activated delayed fluorescent organic molecules showing strong two-photon circularly polarized luminescence with potential application in biological imagining.
