Wacom debuts three new Cintiq pen displays with slimmer designs and Pro Pen 3 support

Wacom has unveiled new Cintiq pen displays, including the Cintiq 16, Cintiq 24, and Cintiq 24 Touch, featuring updated designs. These new models are slimmer with thinner bezels, offering a more modern aesthetic and improved portability. The displays now support the Pro Pen 3, a significant upgrade from the previous generation’s Pro Pen 2. The Pro Pen 3 offers enhanced responsiveness, pressure sensitivity, and customizable features like swappable nibs and balance weights. The displays themselves offer 2.5K resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate, promising true-to-life colors and an anti-glare surface. Connectivity includes USB-C, HDMI, and USB-A ports, with the Cintiq 16 utilizing a single USB-C cable for both display and power. The Cintiq 16 also has built-in foldable legs for a 20-degree angle, and the larger models come with adjustable stands. The Cintiq 24 Touch model uniquely incorporates multi-touch functionality for enhanced workflow efficiency with up to ten fingers. The new Cintiq lineup will launch later this summer with varying price points depending on the model.
