#WeArePlay | Meet more people creating apps and games in Japan
The #WeArePlay tour has concluded its journey around the world, highlighting the stories of app and game founders. In Japan, Fujio created Pirika, an app that encourages people to pick up litter and document it with photos. CHARROOM, a self-taught game developer, developed Sushi Food Cart, a cooking game featuring quirky cat characters. Kota and Yoshinori co-founded Ubie, an AI-powered symptom checker that helps people research their health concerns and connect with medical specialists. Takuji and Shohei, co-founders of IzumiArtisan, specialize in creating escape room games like Rime, which has been translated into 18 languages. These founders are building successful businesses on Google Play and making a positive impact globally.
