What can I use 3 lbs of ginger paste for?

I accidentally bought way too much ginger and I need to use it up, I blended it into a paste so it’s easier to use but I can’t think of a single recipe. Is it better used as compost? I’m at a loss submitted by /u/MungoMinchPound
