What kind of tool can be used to press thin strings for kataifi?

Dubai bars are currently the bane of my existence. I’m tired of buying pre made kataifi and would like to make my own. It’s usually super thin and shredded. I have seen pasta sheeters but is there some kind of tool or machine that presses out thinner round strands? Any advice welcomed at this point. submitted by /u/iamtooldforthisshit
