Microsoft Teams has introduced several new features to enhance user experience, including the ability for Copilot to source responses from meeting chat, making it easier to stay on top of conversations. The highly anticipated Queues App is now available, making it easier for call center agents to handle and monitor customer calls. Voting, filtering, sorting, and archiving in Teams Q&A have also been introduced, allowing attendees to upvote questions and organizers to manage the Q&A feed more efficiently.A new page view has been added to manage teams and channels, allowing users to easily access and manage their teams and channels. A chat details information pane has also been introduced, providing an overview of key details in 1:1 and group chats. Recap notifications in the Teams Activity feed have been added, allowing users to receive notifications when meeting recaps are ready.Meeting organizers can now manage who can admit attendees from the lobby, and voice isolation is now available on MacOS, allowing for clear and uninterrupted calls and meetings. The Teams webinars feature is now available in the Government Community Cloud High environment, providing a secure and compliant platform for hosting large-scale virtual events.The Queues app is a solution for collaboratively handling customer calls natively in Teams, and digital signage in Teams Rooms on Windows has been introduced, allowing IT admins to configure dynamic content for users to view on the front-of-room display. Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows is now enabled to join meetings from other services like Google Meet, Zoom, and Cisco Webex.
