What's new in Spring Modulith 1.3?

Spring Modulith 1.3 has been released, featuring new features, improvements, and community contributions. It upgrades to the latest releases of Spring Boot and Spring Framework, while remaining compatible with previous versions. Nested application modules are now supported, allowing for more structured applications. Integration testing has been optimized with a JUnit Jupiter extension that analyzes changes and selects relevant tests for execution. The event publication registry now supports deleting or archiving completed publications, and it tracks in-progress publications by their identifiers. Additional databases are supported, including MariaDB, Oracle DB, and Microsoft SQL Server. Event externalization features have been enhanced with custom headers, dynamic routing, and a new adapter for Spring's MessageChannel. Documentation support has been improved with an aggregating document and automatic Javadoc extraction. Third-party integration with jMolecules for architectural verifications is also included.
