There are 2 resting/rising times. First 2h after inisial mixing. Then 6h after forming balls.
I want to prepare the balls and keep them in the fridge the day before. When should I do that? 1. Just after mixing? 2. After the initial rising time after forming balls? 3. After letting balls rise for 6 hours?
