I have noticed a strange behavior on my Windows PC where the “Do you want to save changes?” prompt appears almost exclusively when I accidentally press Alt+F4, even though I do not remember making any edits that should need saving. What makes this confusing is that I can work normally for hours, switch between applications, and close windows without seeing the message, but one accidental keyboard shortcut suddenly triggers it and leaves me wondering which program is asking and what changes might be lost.
