Why does my Duxtop 1800w induction burner switch to a Fahrenheit temperature selection instead of staying on the 1-10 setting for temperature?
I use my induction burner outside when I’m deep frying things and I’ve noticed that it switches after a while to a much lower Fahrenheit temperature rather than staying on the one through 10 settings. This causes a dramatic drop in temperature and I’ve looked through the manual so I’m starting to wonder if my unit is defective. The oil isn’t getting too hot, so I’m not sure if it’s some sort of safety feature. submitted by /u/CarlaWasThePromQueen
