Why does the Start menu on my Windows 10 PC sometimes stop opening entirely, whether I click it with the mouse or press the Windows key? Why does it work perfectly after a restart, only to become unresponsive again a few hours later? When I click it, nothing happens at all—no animation, no popup, nothing.
