Even if no automatic rules are configured in the settings, Focus Assist will activate automatically. It turns on automatically for no apparent reason when you launch a game, play a video, or share your screen. After you manually disable it, it will be temporarily turned off, but it will automatically re-enable after a system restart or when the system wakes from sleep.
