Windows 11 24H2 experiences stuttering when playing local videos

On an ASUS laptop (purchased July 2025, system version 24H2 26100.7171), I encountered a tricky issue when playing local videos:When hardware acceleration is enabled (set to "High-performance NVIDIA processor"), playing low-quality/low-resolution videos results in stuttering and frame drops (audio remains normal), while 4K high-definition videos play smoothly.I have already tried reinstalling the NVIDIA driver (downloaded from the ASUS official website) and switching to the integrated graphics, but the issue persists.Related phenomenon: After enabling hardware acceleration in the browser, scrolling or switching pages causes some screen elements to linger for a few seconds before disappearing. Disabling hardware acceleration in the browser resolves this.   Seeking the root cause of the problem and a solution.
