With a straight face Karoline Leavitt calls killing two men clinging to a boat "self defense"

The Trump White House unintentionally admitted what we already suspected: a second military strike was launched on survivors of a destroyed boat in the Caribbean. It is now US policy that "clinging to wreckage" is grounds for a lethal attack against the defenseless.
