World's 'Oldest Baby' Born From Embryo Frozen in 1994

A baby named Thaddeus Daniel Pierce was born in Ohio from an embryo frozen in 1994. This embryo was originally created in the early 1990s through IVF for Linda Archerd, who already had a daughter from one of the four resulting embryos. The remaining embryos were cryopreserved and later "adopted" by the Pierce family. The parents expressed they simply desired to have a child and did not aim to set any records with this birth.
