YouTube Search Gets Its Own Version of Google's AI Overviews

Google is introducing an AI-powered search results carousel on YouTube, similar to its AI Overviews feature. The carousel will display a large video clip, followed by thumbnails of relevant videos and an AI-generated text response to the user's query. This feature is currently available for testing on iOS and Android devices for English-language videos until July 30th. Only a select group of YouTube Premium members will have access to this feature during the testing period.
