This new feature allows admins to quickly understand the purpose and functionality of any AppSheet app within their organization. With potentially hundreds or thousands of apps, this tool addresses the challenge of manually investigating each one. The ability to grasp an app's utility saves administrators valuable time and enhances governance oversight. To use this feature, admins should expand the "App summary generated by Gemini" section. A summary can be generated for any app owned by a creator in their organization, and it will appear upon expansion. The generated summary will remain until the app's creator saves a new version.
