Angular and Wiz, two Google web frameworks, have distinct focuses: Angular prioritizes developer experience, while Wiz emphasizes performance. However, the increasing demand for highly performant apps with great developer experience has led to a convergence of their use cases.To address this, Angular and Wiz are collaborating to bring the best of both worlds. Angular is adopting features from Wiz, such as fine-grained code loading and event delegation, for improved performance.Conversely, Wiz has adopted Angular's Signals library, resulting in significant performance enhancements by eliminating the need for manual code memoization.The long-term goal is to gradually merge Angular and Wiz, open-sourcing Wiz features through Angular while fostering community input via the RFC process.The partnership aims to improve the Angular framework and promote the adoption of server-side rendering for enhanced end-user experience.By combining the strengths of both frameworks, Angular and Wiz strive to revolutionize web performance, benefiting developers and end-users alike.
