Atlassian has agreed to acquire AI-powered web browser startup, The Browser Company, for $610 million in cash. The deal is expected to close by December, aiming to enhance Atlassian's offerings. The Browser Company, founded in 2019, developed innovative browsers like Arc and Dia, which feature AI capabilities and unique organizational tools. Atlassian's CEO believes existing popular browsers have limitations for heavy computer users.
