Building an AI first Startup Studio
The team has significantly updated their operations after two months of intense rebuilding since their Klar launch. They have expanded to an eight-person agent team with strategic and infrastructure additions. A new payroll and HR solution for SMBs called Nomi has been added to their startup catalog. The number of projects has quadrupled, and their task completion rate across these projects is high. Technically, their infrastructure is now almost entirely managed as code, and they are Kubernetes-ready with containerized projects. They have implemented a robust deployment control plane enabling continuous integration and deployment. Their infrastructure emphasizes high availability and self-healing capabilities, with a significant portion being self-hosted. Product-wise, they have closed thousands of pull requests, focusing on both internal improvements and new features. A content pipeline is in place to generate weekly articles for various platforms, with optional human review. They are nearing the completion of their rebuilding phase and anticipate un-pausing a key producer soon, possibly leading to a launch. Remarkably, all their output to date remains under a thousand euros, with careful management of AI and virtual machine costs.
