According to Flightradar24, the aircraft arrived at Vnukovo International Airport from Riga, Latvia. Its recent flight history also included a stop at Camp Springs, Maryland, near Joint Base Andrews. Russian news outlets, including RBC and TASS, confirmed the landing of a U.S. military transport aircraft in Moscow. A source within EU air traffic control indicated the plane had flown from Andrews Air Force Base to Latvia before proceeding to Russia. The aircraft had also previously visited Charleston Airport. While the U.S. has not officially confirmed the flight, such a trip could involve a senior delegation, diplomatic cargo, or a prisoner transfer.
