Con artist Anna Sorokin to join Dancing With the Stars – with ankle bracelet

Anna Sorokin, a con artist known as Anna Delvey, has been announced as a contestant on the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars. Sorokin was convicted in 2019 for swindling banks, hotels, and friends after pretending to be a wealthy German heiress. The new season of the show will also feature other notable figures, including former NBA star Dwight Howard, actress Tori Spelling, and The Bachelorette lead Jenn Tran. Other contestants include former Super Bowl champion Danny Amendola, model Brooks Nader, and actor Eric Roberts. The show will also feature a former rugby player and Olympian, Ilona Maher, and a gymnast and Olympian, Stephen Nedoroscik. Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks and Family Matters actor Reginald VelJohnson will also be competing for the trophy. The season will premiere on March 16 on Disney+.
