Gemini in Workspace now integrates with popular third-party applications like Asana, HubSpot, and Salesforce. These integrations, powered by Model Context Protocol, allow users to access data directly within Google Workspace apps. This eliminates the need to switch tabs, download files, or disrupt existing workflows. Users can leverage Gemini in Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Chat, and other Workspace applications for seamless data interaction. Administrators can manage these third-party connectors within the Gemini for Workspace settings in the Admin console. They have control over enabling specific connectors for their organization or user groups. End users can access enabled third-party connectors through the Gemini side panel in Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Chat. The feature is available now for both Rapid Release and Scheduled Release domains. A range of Google Workspace editions, including Business, Enterprise, and Consumer plans, will support this functionality. Specific Education Add-ons also include this integration.
