Gemini can now create full, multi-slide presentations directly within Google Slides using a single prompt. Users can ground their presentations in existing content from Google Drive for context. The feature allows matching the style of another presentation to maintain brand consistency. Gemini generates fully editable slides that users can further adjust as needed. It also suggests relevant files, emails, and chats to enrich the presentation content. To get started, users input a prompt in the Slides side panel and can add reference files from Drive. Attaching an existing deck helps ensure the new presentation matches the desired look and feel. Before slide creation, users can refine the presentation plan, tone, style, content, or audience through follow-up questions. This feature is initially available in English only. Workspace customers will receive promotional access to higher limits for creating presentations with Gemini in Google Slides through at least August 1, 2026.
