It synthesizes these observations and offers context and recommended solutions for faster issue resolution. Investigations can be triggered programmatically, proactively, or interactively, and they contextualize issues by discovering relevant resources and data. Comprehensive signal analysis spans Cloud Logs, Asset Inventory, Metrics, Errors, and Log Themes to uncover anomalies and bottlenecks. AI-powered insights and recommendations are generated using specialized knowledge sources, including Google Cloud support knowledgebases. Teams can collaborate on investigations and share them for joint troubleshooting efforts. If needed, an investigation can be seamlessly transferred to a Google Cloud support case, retaining all context. Early users report significant reductions in troubleshooting and resolution times.
