For Google Sheets, administrators need to configure authentication via OAuth. End users can easily access the Google Chat integration by searching for the app name in Google Chat. For Google Sheets, users can export data by navigating to a list in ServiceNow and selecting the Google Sheets export option. This feature requires initial authentication with a Google account.
