Enable 'take notes for me' in ... Note

Enable 'take notes for me' in Calendar, ahead of your meeting

Google Meet is improving its Gemini-powered "Take notes for me" feature. This update allows event organizers to enable automatic note-taking when scheduling or preparing meetings. Consequently, users can remain fully engaged in discussions without the burden of manual note-taking. The generated notes will be automatically shared, providing peace of mind for important meetings. For administrators, the feature is available by default, with further details in the help center. End users can enable it for individual meetings through the settings menu under "Meeting records." This feature will begin a gradual rollout on September 30, 2025, for Rapid Release domains and October 13, 2025, for Scheduled Release domains. The "Take notes for me" feature is available for specific Google Workspace editions including Business Standard and Plus, and Enterprise Standard and Plus. It is also accessible for Google AI Pro for Education and Frontline Plus. Additionally, Google AI Pro, Ultra, and Gemini Business/Enterprise users can utilize this functionality. Note that Gemini Business and Enterprise add-ons are no longer available for purchase as of January 15, 2025.
