Figure S8 of the Research Article “A gut Eggerthella lenta–derived metabolite impairs neutrophil function to aggravate bacterial lung infection” by L.-L. Wang et al. depicts P. aeruginosa–induced lung injuries in mice gavaged with either live or heat-killed E. lenta. After publication, the authors noted that two histological images had incorrectly been included in fig. S8B. These images have now been replaced with the correct ones. This correction does not affect the pathological scoring results or alter any conclusions of the study.
